At Leafly, we are committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of our website for all persons, including individuals with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure that everyone can access our website and services.

Leafly Accessibility Goals

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. As of February 1, 2021, we are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of our website do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Our goal is to reach complete conformance with and to exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is recognized as the international standard of success and would bring our website into conformance with the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board (Section 508).

Steps We’re Taking

We are currently implementing WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our web accessibility standard and regularly monitoring and testing our website to audit and identify where we can improve to reach our goal. We will keep this page updated with our progress, and what areas of our website we are currently working on to remove accessibility barriers.
